Delivery Policy

There are no physical goods, and therefore no shipping and no returns. Everything is delivered electronically through your browser and your Dial My Tone account.

Your plan is active as soon as your payment is confirmed — normally within seconds. You receive a confirmation email with your receipt, and your updated generation allowance is available on your next request.

Each generation returns a structured preset for your selected device: the signal chain, block, snapshot or scene settings, a confidence score, and adjustment notes.

Depending on your device you can download a preset file — for example .hlx for Line 6 Helix or .pgp for POD Go — or send the preset directly to supported Fractal devices over Web MIDI (SysEx) from a compatible browser.

Direct-to-hardware transfer requires a browser that supports Web MIDI (for example Chrome or Edge on desktop) and a USB connection to your device. If your device or browser is not supported, you can still download the preset file or enter the settings manually.

If a generation fails or a preset does not arrive, email support@dialmytone.com. We will credit the generation back to your account or refund it — whichever you prefer.

The Service is delivered over the internet and may be unavailable during maintenance or third-party provider outages. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability; see the disclaimers in our Terms & Conditions.

Dial My Tone is not offered to users located in comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions, or to any person or entity on a United States, United Kingdom, or European Union restricted-party list. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you use the Service.
